
Lynn Lipschitz - Managing Director
Lynn was born in South Africa and immigrated to Israel at a young age. Besides a short dabble in the financial world with international investments, she has always been involved in the tourist industry. A licensed travel agent, Lynn has a wealth of experience in the conference organization industry and opened Target Conferences in 1993.
Lynn is responsible for the big decisions! Financial planning, human resource planning, marketing and company management.
Corinna Ben Ami - Head of Incoming Tourism
Born and raised in Canada, Corinna immigrated to Israel in her high school years. After serving in the army Corinna joined the travel industry, while studying towards her degree in History and International Relations.
All land arrangements for groups, FITs and conferences in Israel are dealt with by Corinna who speaks English, Hebrew and French
Eti Halifa - Assistant Project Manager
Eti is a true Israeli and served in the Israeli army in a computer unit as a graphics artist. Since her release she has filled the positions of research assistant, office manager, senior secretary and developed skills in data recording and reporting, marketing and sales, purchasing and follow-up and as well as public relations. Eti has well-honed computer skills mastering Office programs, the internet and data insertion.
Eti is the assistant project manager for most of our local events and conferences assisting Racheli in the management of the exhibitions, drawing up floor plans, selling booth space and supporting exhibitors and sponsors.
Racheli Hazan-Zalk - Project Manager
Racheli is a professional graphic designer who has been with the Target Team for more than 7 years.. An amateur photographer, she is also the in-house photographer of the Target Team clicking at all events.
Racheli is the project manager for most of our local events and conferences, as well as fulfilling the Secretariat duties for Israeli associations managed by Target Conferences. Racheli manages all exhibitions, drawing up floor plans, selling booth space and supporting exhibitors and sponsors.
Sarah Hillel - Project Manager
Sarah immigrated to Israel after attaining her law degree in her native Britain. Leaving law, Sarah has an illustrious and varied past from negotiating the purchase of a marine research vessel through refitting it, acting as cruise director, marketing and coordinating specialty charters and oceanographic projects. Sarah also established and handled all aspects of a totally organic restaurant in Tel Aviv and has experience in web site writing.
Sarah is a project manager for international events and conferences both in Israel and abroad and is responsible for the logistics of the event or conference.
Bob Kazmer - Registration Manager
Originally from Chicago, Bob has been living in Israel since 2004. His background includes travel management and meeting planning for both corporate and not-for-profit organizations.
Bob is responsible for managing registration for our conferences. He also provides assistance with conference accommodations and related tourism, as well as organizing smaller local meetings and retreats.
Lilach Levy - Office Administrator
Lilach has a degree in communications and political science from Bar Ilan University and a diploma in graphic design Lilach joined the Target Team in 2001.
Lilach is our IT specialist who maintains our updated technology, both hardware and software and patiently debugs our computers and “de-stresses” our souls. She is responsible for getting our team and equipment safely to all our event destinations.
Ricardo Moreno - IT Specialist
Currently a student at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Ricardo has always had a natural instinct for computers and technology.
Ricardo is responsible for in-house software architecture, writing the next generation of manager software at Target Conferences.
Ricardo is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Hebrew.
Tânia Moreno-Gidron - Brazil Branch Manager
Tânia was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. She resides in Rio de Janeiro, where she manages our local Brazilian Branch.
Tânia studied tourism and administration at the Ibero-Americana College in São Paulo and has many years experience in Israel and Brazil.
She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Hebrew.
Karyn Nahari - Assistant Managing Director & Project Manager
Karyn is originally from South Africa and has a degree from the University of Witwatersrand. She worked as financial consultant for many years before joining the Target Team in 1999.
Karyn is the project manager for international events and conferences both in Israel and abroad. Karyn is responsible for the logistics of the event or congress, including communication and meetings with the various committees, destination choice, scientific program, advertising of the event, and preparing printed material.
Gail Tito - Assistant Project Manager
Gail, who originally comes from South Africa, studied at the Tadmor Hotel School, has a background in accounts and also has experience in marketing and event management.
Gail is responsible for conference secretariat duties, such as updating and maintaining our data base, abstract submission and correspondence with participants. Gail is also an on site manager keeping a watchful eye on the participants to assist them whenever necessary.
Maria Volodarsky - Accounts
Maria was born in Nikolaev, near the Black Sea in the Ukraine. Maria immigrated to Israel at age 14 and on finishing school, joined the army and thereafter completed her studies.
Maria is a qualified bookkeeper and ably manages Target Conferences accounts. She is fluent in Hebrew and Russian and speaks a good English.
